The purchased service is the tour, transfer or travel service identified in the customer's reservation. The essential characteristics, travel date/time, participants, currency and total amount are recorded in the booking confirmation.
Price and Payment
The customer agrees to the total amount shown during checkout or in the confirmed quotation. Where a service is marked Price on Request, payment is not due until a price has been separately confirmed.
Performance
The service will be performed on the confirmed date and according to the operational details communicated in the booking confirmation or voucher, subject to reasonable operational changes and mandatory law.
Cancellation
Travel and leisure services supplied for a specific date or period may be subject to service-specific cancellation rules and statutory exceptions. The applicable booking conditions are presented before purchase and are supplemented by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Records and Communication
Reservation and payment records may be stored electronically for legal, accounting, security and customer-service purposes.
