Guests should be prepared to walk approximately 1.5 miles over uneven and cobblestone surfaces. Comfortable shoes, a hat, and sunscreen are recommended. The tour itinerary may vary to avoid congestion. For private tours, there are no restrictions on arrival and departure times; however, late arrivals may miss parts of the tour without refunds. Regular services from Kayseri Airport are valid for arrivals around 08:00 and departures at 20:00. Those arriving earlier or departing later may need to wait at the airport.
