How to Make Booking

Our reservation process is very simple.

Select or enter the desired location, enter the dates of arrival and departure, and enter the number of guests. Click the Search Available Hotels (or available Tours, cars, etc..), Search for Vacation Rentals or the Browse All Hotels (all hotels in the city regardless of vacancy) button. You could also search by a specific hotel name within the city.
A list of hotels or vacation rentals will appear on the screen. For more information, click the name of the property or the Info link. After room types and rates are returned to your screen, you will be able to choose the rate you desire by reading the room information in the center of the screen, then clicking on the “Book Now” button on the middle  of the screen.

After you have selected your desired room type, you will be taken to a " Reservation Request" form. Then you will need to review the "Reservation Information" and fill in the blanks on the "Guest Information" section. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly. After you fill out all of the needed information, press the "Send Request" button.

If further correspondence is necessary prior to confirming the reservation, a Customer Care agent will reply back to you with an email within shortest time.

If you can not make your resrvation by e-mail in case of any error or some other urgent matteraAlternatively you can make your booking via phone too.

Just dial our agency phone number within 09:00-19:00 hours with lovcal time and one of our staff will help you for that and explain the next steps. Generally phone Bookings take less time from e-mail Bookings so if you are in hurry we strongly recommend it to you.

If the requested accomodation/tour/car is available, you will receive our instructions to make a down payment of at least 20% of the total rate or one night fee either by effecting an international money transfer or by credit card details to be sent to us.

Please inform us as soon as you have effected your payment, in order that the hotels in question is put on hold for you immediately.

Once our bank confirms receipt of the down payment of when we receive your credit card details a letter of confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you by email, detailing the essentials of this room, the hotel’s contact and the address of the accommodation.

There is no collection or return of keys, (unless otherwise specified on the hotel web page), you go directly to the hotel on your arrival, provided that the hotel reception is

informed of your arrival time.
The balance of the rate is required to be paid directly to the hotel at your arrival, or one of our staff will visit you fort o balance it. We will give you more information while reservation process.
